2007 ApHC colt Dam: SUMMERS BEE This is Scout. He is the first colt by our young stallion 5 DOZEN. He sure pleased me because he is proof that I did the right thing by not gelding FIVE. He's good headed, with wonderful movement and balance, very straight with good muscling. This is a "good middle of the road" versatile type horse that we want to produce. Should mature to around 15 hands or better. Would be great for almost any discipline and fitted right could probably do halter at the regional level. This colt has a great personality- just about fearless. In the right hands he could do just about anything. Scout has spots all over and those wide striped saddle shoe hooves.

#2 2007 ApHC colt Dam: VANILLA BLUE This is Blanco.
Occasionally we have colts that seem to be in tune with people since the
time they're born. They don't come any friendlier than this colt.
I think you can get him to do anything if you pet and scratch him a little. A lot of people say
they are offering stallion prospects, this one actually is. He has
great confirmation, a good head, clean neck & throat latch and a wonderful
pedigree. If gelded you could ride like the Lone Ranger and he'd
definitely be your best friend. Should mature to around 15 hands or
better. Blanco is a true few spot (all white). This makes him
homozygous- 100% color producer if kept as a stallion. To learn more

2007 ApHC filly Dam: CC BARB DOLL Loud enough for the circus. As a breeder I can't tell you how hard it is to part with this filly. I wouldn't do it if the mare wasn't bred back the same way for next year. This line of horses typically adds a little more bone & muscle to their foals. Very substantial horses. Should mature 15 hands & stout. The CC Barbdoll mare goes back to the Darrell Claycamp horses & is one of the strongest leopard lines I know of. Her sire CEH Mighty Darro was the herd sire for years at The Pagosa Land & Cattle Company which at one time had the largest herd of appaloosas in Colorado. There is a lot of hard to find appaloosa history & genetics behind this filly's spots. Bear Paw & Cat Track on left side, big medicine for some.

#4 2007 ApHC colt Dam: SAMITE Here is a good stout, true black, few spot colt. This colt has generations of leopards top & bottom. Striking, heavy muscled colt with a great pedigree. I definitely would consider this colt a stallion prospect. Should mature 15+ hands and powerful. As a true few spot he would be invaluable to the breeder looking to produce colored colts to learn more about the few spot color and it's value to breeders please CLICK HERE for an informative report from Gene Carr & Robert Lapp. We are grateful to them for sharing this knowledge.
